flycart unclickable in mobile

currently caching is of and other custom code scripts where disabled but for some reason the flycart is not clickable unless an add to cart was performed in the current page, then after the next pages its needed to refresh the page before being able to click, although I said unclickable , I meant that i must click and hold the flycart to work, which is unacceptable.
