flv player

hi,
I have 3 questions concerning JW FLV player.

1. I installed the player for wordpress but I cannot display a preview image. This is the code I use:

[flashvideo filename=https://so-on.be/SO-ON/films/BOMBAY/bombay-darken.flv f={image=https://so-on.be/SO-ON/films/BOMBAY/bombay-darken02.jpg} /]

2. can I display my mp3.files with the JW FLV player? I used the Anarchy media player for mp3 and flv (but there is no preview image function) so I desactivated the AMP for not to get in conflict with the JW FLV.
But I don’t see any controlbar for audio.

3. when I use the fullscreen option for the JW FLV I get my 16:9 video in 4:3 format. Is there a solution for putting a letterbox?
