    Hello I wondered if anyone knew if it is possible to use the FLV Embed video player in one of my .php files rather than on a post or page.
    What I wanted to do was place a video player box on my homepage which would have a new video playing each week. I’ve used the FLV Player in custom pages that I’ve created with the short code
    [flv:/video/demo.flv 480 360] but I’d like to place the video player in my say for example ( header.php) file so that the video player would always be visible.

    Is there another way to code this so that it can be recognized placed in a themes php file?

  • To embed flv video player to web page, you can just use HTML code or SWFObject code. You can use the non-commercial tool Moyea Web Player. With it you can embed flash video to web page with your own designed video player.
