Flush Cache On Update

Hi,

You can call “wp_cache_flush” function:

wp_cache_flush();

or if using wp-cli, from command line:

wp cache flush

The current version doesn’t have a hook to flush the cache, btw you can try beta version here:

and call docketcache/action/flushcache/object action hook:

do_action('docketcache/action/flushcache/object');

to flush the cache.

Is this a global function, wp_cache_flush? Can I call it from within my functions code? Taking from the wp_ name I guess that would work, uh? =]

Yes, it is a global function, it safe to use with or without docket cache:

Docket cache and other plugins that handle object caching, must use WP_Object_Cache class, extend it with our own function. Any wp_cache_* functions must exist. Refer here for docket cache WP_Object_Cache class:
