It is difficult to automate all cache clearing.

When you edit or delete a post, the cache of the corresponding post will be cleared automatically.
When you change the settings of plugins, themes, widgets, etc., please click the Clear Cache button in the maintenance mode.

You can clear the cache of specific pages from the meta box that appears in the edit screen.

Alternatively, you can shorten the expiration time of the cache.
