Fluid sizing: Fonts, spaces, sizes

Hi,

I am evaluating page builders for a new project and really like what I have learned about GeneratePress. But there is one thing that is bothering me: Fluid sizing of things.

The reply there was that they are working on it. But I have not found anything about any progress. What I have found is that there are now “dynamic fonts” which apparently only means one fixed size per breakpoint. I find that hardly helpful at all. And it’s only about fonts, not spacing or sizes of things.

Is there any decent way to make sizes fluid in GeneratePress? Overriding everything with a lot of “!important” CSS being the non-decent way.
Using variables? Implementing a framework (Core, ACSS, …)?

Bricks is perfect in this respect, but I’d prefer to stay closer to the default block editor ATM. Hence my interest in GP.
