Hello! I’m having an issue upon trying to connect Fluid Checkout as my checkout page. None of it’s form is showing when trying to finish a purchase, and the only thing that is showing up is the “no-distraction header”. After this, the multi-steps checkout isn’t working or showing, and the plugin Brazilian Fields for Woocommerce, that is needed for the functioning of this plugin in my country, isn’t showing up either, so I can’t try and test a sale because there is not enough info.
An information I just found out now is that the page linked as the checkout page is a page that was set up last year, before I downloaded the Fluid Checkout plugin, so I don’t know if this is a sign that a new page for it to work is unlinked, and also, if yes, how should I link it.
Also, I’m using Hello Elementor as the site theme.
    Waiting on a response!
    Thanks,
    Gustavo

  • Hi,

This error is probably a conflict between plugins, so it would also be helpful if you could run a plugin conflict test to find out which plugin or theme might be conflicting with Fluid Checkout.

Basically, you temporarily deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and Fluid Checkout, then re-activate each plugin one by one until you find one that causes the issue. Ideally this should be done in a test/staging copy of your website. You can find more specific instructions in the article below from WooCommerce:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    Best,
    Alan.

    Hi @dcmends,

Fluid Checkout should replace the checkout form automatically on the existing page whether it was created with Elementor, the classic editor, or the new block editor (Gutenberg).

Check our getting started documentation and see if you can get it working:

Otherwise, follow the instructions provided by Alan in the previous reply to find out if there are any compatibility issues with any plugins or the theme you are using.

I’m closing this ticket for now since we have not heard back from you in a while. If you need further assistance related to this issue, simply reply to this message to re-open it.

    Best,
    Diego.
