FluentForm Pro Add On Pack actived and then getting 500 server error

    Hello Team,

    I have purchased your pro plugin. (FluentForm Pro Add On Pack).

    But However i am activating this plugin. site got error like 500 server error on my site.

    Please advice as soon as possible as I need to launch one form soon to uploading file features.
