Fluent SMTP plugin not working

    Cannot get this to work. My client has a private server; there are 6 sites I manage for him and have yet to get the email function to work. The info I need should be available through PHPmyadmin? When I send a test email I get the email below. I have been unable to change the administrator email address since it seems to be lost in limbo. I was able to change the email address at the server level for one of the sites but still not getting WP admin emails either.
