I am currently using WPForms with FluentSMTP and I wish to convert to FluentForms. FluentForms is not inserting a reply-to field in email notification sent to the site admin. In the Email Notification settings, the Reply-To setting is set to {inputs.email_1} by default. My existing implementation is setting the reply to field just fine in emails with my FluentSMTP setup.

    Hello @kolinahr,

Would you please mention the email sending service name you have configured on Fluent SMTP? We have tested the reply-to from our end and it worked fine. Most probably the issue is related to email sending service.

    Let us know the update.

    Thank you

I have found that the Reply-To only gets inserted into the message if the email is addressed to the WordPress admin email address. I just now tested that. It works fine then. However I need to send the Contact Forms to someone who does not need to see all of the minutia of site administration. Every attempt to send to a different address succeeds, only without the Reply-To field.

Here is the answer to the question you asked. I’m using FluentSMTP with the SendInBlue(Brevo) service.

    Hi again,

Glad to hear that your reply-to option works for the admin email address. Regarding the test you are doing, can you please share some screenshots of your set up? Are you using the option select a field or the Enter Email option as shown in the screenshot? This would help us to investigate the issue and assist you further.

    Thank you
