Fluent form issue causing steep rise in wrongly flagged spam

After working well for ages we have suddenly noticed a significant number of wrongly flagged spam in our client accounts on CleanTalk.
My colleague believes it has something to do with an issue that CleanTalk has/had with a Fluent Forms update. I can’t see any pattern in the forms that got flagged as spam vs. the forms that got sent through.
Please can you confirm what the issue was and if it has been fully resolved?
Please can you confirm that there are safeguards in place to mitigate this issue in the future.
I need to report this all to my clients who will understandably be extremely annoyed. Some will have lost significant business.
