    Hi

    It would be great to have a chat box to add to a website

    so we can chat with visitors and add them to the CRM

    and if not available, visitors can leave name & email so that we can contact them later

    Hi there,

    Currently, there isn’t any Chat box feature in FluentCRM. I will take that as a feature request but I cannot assure you if this feature will be added. Each feature request is deeply investigated by our R&D team for the possibilities and necessities of the feature before it is implemented.
