    Hello everybody

    I have a doubt regarding Fluente CRM.

    I have 7 lead magnets and for each lead magnet I have a page with a form and for the 7 lead magnets I set up the same email sequence. In the fluence crm I configured when people sign up on the page to download the lead magnet they enter a list and receive an email sequence, but I made this same sequence for the 7 lead magnets.

    My doubt if people download the 7 lead magnets they will receive the same email sequences 7 times or the fluence CRM recognizes the people’s email and sends only one email sequence.

    If you are using the Form submission trigger when setting up the automation, then there is an option to run the automation only once per contact in the trigger condition. See this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/yEUdzHvcLlZf

    If this condition is enabled then the automation will run only once even if someone submits the same form multiple times or from the 7 lead magnets.

    Otherwise, for any other triggers like List applied or Tag applied the automation will run only once by default unless the option to restart the automation is enabled, see this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/hJy_7DJdeQ-a
