Flowplayer video playlist plugin

Hello everyone,

I am trying to include a Video section in my website. What I would like to have would be a video player with a playlist gallery on the side, showing the videos that you can view.
There is a plugin doing exactly this, it is the one by Cincopa. However, you have to upload your media to their server, and the free account only offers 200MB of storage space, I don’t really want to pay for an extra storage space.
So I thought of Flowplayer, which I have used in the past and is flexible and easy to customize. I’ve installed the wordpress-Flowplayer plugin, and all works fine. In order to have the playlist, though, you need an additional .js plugin for Flowplayer, provided by the developers, this one.

So here is my question: how do I include the playlist plugin for Flowplayer? I have googled and searched this forum, I have asked on the Flowplayer forum but they suggested I should ask here.
