flowplayer video not appearing with shortcode

    What shortcode are using? The url does not seem to work.

    Well the url doesnt work because you have to be connected to our VPN to access that URL, so try this URL. https://www.medcor.com/test/
    But the shortcode is [flowplayer id=”6300″]

    The video works in Chrome on my windows PC. For the best browser support it is recommended to have two file formats MP4 and WEBM. You can can convert the file on your computer or use a service like Flowplayer Drive to convert the files and host them for you. The paid version even has an option to generate different resolutions of the video so that visitors can select the video resolution depending on their device and internet speed.

    Thanks for your timely reply and I will definitely support the video file in two formats for browser support.

    Is there a way to remove the flowplayer watermark in the free version?

    The only way to remove the watermark is to buy the paid version. Flowplayer recently just lowered their prices so you should get a good deal.
