Flowplayer and WordPress

We’ve uploaded the Flowplayer files to a flowplayer directory off the root of our site and are trying to figure out the easiest way for our non-technical staff to post videos on blog posts and pages. Currently the Flowplayer code necessary to play smil files is literally 10 times longer than our old player. Plus, with the unwanted paragraph tag injections causing confusion, I’m looking for a way to simply all of this. Here’s what they’re having to work with now:
