Flow Flow Not Loading

Hi,

I created a thread about Flow Flow not loading. In response to my message below I was asked to create a ticket and someone would come back to us as we have the pro version. The thread was then closed and I couldn’t respond. We created a ticket approx 3 weeks ago and no one from Flow Flow has ever responded. We even Tweeted Flow Flow and again received no response.

Can you advise please?

“We temporarily have another social media plugin on the site which is pulling through the feed but we would prefer to use Flow Flow. There doesn’t seem to be any conflict, however. We get the same result whether they other plugin is enabled or not.”
