flow flow app doesnt comply with facebook policy?

    i received a message from facebook telling me That my app doesn’t comply with the following:

    Platform Policy 2.4.a: Provide a publicly available and easily accessible privacy policy that explains what data you are collecting and how you will use that data.

    Is it refer to flow-flow app and if it is, what should i do?
