flothemes splittone www.remarpro.com ventraip log in issues

Hi! we have installed www.remarpro.com and flothemes splittone theme to our ventra ip cpanel as per 5minute video tutorial. We can access the files in the ventraip cpanel but we can’t login to to www.remarpro.com to visually curate or edit our content. Help, does this make sense?? We seem to be able to login to support/forum services, so confused! Thanks in advance for any help ??
