Florida time zone in Settings > General > Timezone

Beginning in Fall 2018, Florida will not be leaving Daylight Savings Time. Can you add a setting for Florida similar to the ones for Indiana that reflect the fact that Florida will not be consistent with EST from November through April? Thanks!
