Floored system Woo Wholesale breaks wp Login

    The woo commerce ticket system requires a status report after logging into wordpress (bad design with no option to leave that out of the ticketO) so when the problem is that the woocommerce wholesale plugin breaks the wp admin login, then I cant lodge a ticket with woocommerce.
    I was attempting to set up a new Ecom website with new WP install and woocommerce. I added the woocommerce wholesale plugin as its a wholesale business. Then while logged in to WP as admin i foolishly clicked on the “Upgrade to Wholesale” button on the front end. ( I assumed it would require me to complete the wholesale registration and show me that page/form). Instead it dis sometrhing else and despite logging out as a user on the front end. The wp-admin loging as administrator now treats me like a customer and takes me to the front end instead.
    I have tried disabling the woocomm wholesale plugin by renaming it. I have even added a new admin via phpmyadmin but still a login to wp admin area takes me to the frontend.
    here are two dumb issues. I an concerned that woo commerce is loaded with issues.

    No support – no response – from woo commerce – left me no option but to spend many hours deleting the whole account and starting the wordpress install and set-up again.
    Again I am concerned that woo commerce is loaded with issues.

    I’m sorry to hear you’ve been having issues with the Wholesale plugin and trying to contact support. Just to clarify, the wholesale plugin you are referring to is this one correct? https://woocommerce.com/products/wholesale-for-woocommerce/

    As I understand installing Wholesale breaks the WP Admin login page so you can’t get to the system status report to submit a ticket in support. In that system status report section, have you entered any test text to see if you can submit a ticket anyway?

    In the meantime, though, I went to your link and see that the normal WP login is showing:

    At the very least were you able to log in and reach out to support for the premium plugin?
