    Hi ronniejayevans,
I see them properly, look at this screenshot https://i.imgur.com/68yStt0.png
Maybe it’s a problem of the browser’s cache
    Try with another browser

    Best Regards,

I’ve tested it on 3 separate laptops now and it’s the same result every time! The browser on each is Google Chrome – the most popular browser available! If they don’t work on chrome then there is a serious problem really. They worked fine up until the last update.

Actually tried it on 3 different browsers now and it’s the same result I’m afraid ( even tried it off a Mac through Safari )

The problem seems to be Twitter, but the script that handles Twitter is the same as the last version (It changed only to Google Plus but that seems to work in your screenshots).

Anyway, I tried with Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera, Safari and FireFox (on Windows 10) and, in all cases, it works well, also very fast.

If someone reads this post, could try and tell if the Twitter Counter working?

It did come back on for about a minute just now but it’s switched back to the twitter icon causing the whole page to keep loading. It has been going on for about two days now.
I don’t really know what to say but I’ve also started to have a few complaints of colleagues/visitors when they land on the site.

I even know what to say, because your site has no error (no problem javascript), I see everything correctly so it’s hard for me to fix it if (for me) there are no problems ??

If the plugin fails to get Twitter Share, it means that can not connect to Twitter server.
Then it might be a problem with the connection to Twitter.
At this point you can try using a proxy and connect at your website from another country to discard this possibility.
Maybe Twitter server is having little problems in your country (only a possibility).

Hi thanks for your help but we’ll have to explore other options. Twitter works fine with other plugins. We just have a high rate of traffic so we cannot risk any more complaints with the page failing to load correctly ( due to the plugin ). The plugin itself was excellent until your recent update, but since it’s been completely haywire!
Thank you for your excellent help/support

    I am sorry for this!

    Best,

    Same for me:
I display FB, Twitter and G+ icons on the posts of my blog,
but if I want to see them appear with Chrome I need to delete the cache of the browser each time I want to refresh the page… and it becomes heavy to have to delete the “cookies + plugins data” everyday ??

… but if I open my blog under a private session window with Chrome, it all appears fine ??

    Hi HappySun,
can you link me your website?

It might be some problems with some Chrome extension?

    Best Regards,
