floating menu works only with logged in users.

    floating menu works only with logged in users. user who are not logged in can not see the floating menu.

    USM plugged in was installed on bioforse.com (wp 5.9.5). floating over website was selected on config. while it is working for logged in users, floating menu is not shown on non logged in users.
