Floating Menu plugin, different list items per page?

Hi all,

I was wondering… How can I get different list items to shown per page for this Floating Menu plugin? For example if I am on page with id=12, I want to show different list items in the menu than the items I want to use on a page with a different id….

I hope someone can help me out.
