Floating interface not appearing on mobile

    Hi

    I installed this plugin after getting recommended from a fb group. But I could see the floating interface on my site. Not in home page as well as in any posts.

    When I open a post, it shows but disappears immediately after a second.

    I tried to give different pixels values from 100, 200, 300, 400 and now 500. But nothing works.

    Kindly help me.

    Hi Akila,

    Might be some incompatibility problem with the theme you are using. You would like to have a look at the page groups you have enabled in the Placement option in Floating Interface section at social sharing options page in admin. After that you can enable Sassy Social Share - Floating widget in desired widget area (which is there at all the webpages where you want to enable the floating icons), from Appearance > Widgets page in admin area.
