Floating icons not showing at Woocommerce SHOP page

    Hello,

    In the floating interface, I have ticked all the placements. However, in the woocommerce shop page, it doesn’t show up. May I know how to make it visible?

    Hi Bruce,

    Seems some incompatibility issue with the theme you are using. You can try enabling Sassy Social Share - Floating widget from Appearance > Widgets page in admin area, in a widget area that is present on the webpages where you want to show icons. After this, you would like to disable all the page groups from Placement option in Floating Interface section at plugin options page in admin panel, to avoid multiple floating bars.

    Hello,

    I have tried the Appearance > Widgets > Woocommerce Shop Sidebar but it doesn’t show up. As there is no sidebar in my shop page.

    My shop page only show product grid, no sidebar, so I guess it doesn’t show up. My webpage is: https://www.weikerr.com/shop/

    May I know if it is still possible to show the floating social icons at my shop page? Thanks very much!

    you can enable the widget in any widget area available at that page. Floating icons will appear at the position that you have specified in the options of widget.
