Floating icon & shortcode

Hey there,

I was wondering if I can do any customisation as per mobile responsiveness with the free plugin.

I was specifically looking if it is possible to add some sort of floating icon that will display only for mobile responsive users in woocommerce pages and will open the filters.

If there is another better way pls let me know
