Floating Disappear When # Link Clicked

Hey,
I’m using your plugin and set floating like box.
I have woocommerce tabs on my pages and the tab links using #tab-info etc.
I have few tabs there, on the first 2 tabs everything is ok but when i click the next tabs the floating box disappears.
I don’t see any difference with this tabs instead thier names.
Why it’s happening?
