    HI, I INSTALLED PLUGIN WP Chat App AND FLOATING CHAT DOESNT WORK

    Theme is AVADA, is there any conflict??

    Thanks for reaching out. Can you try remove the WA account out of the widget and add again? Then clear both server and browser cache.
