Floating Buttons not appearing on homepage

  • Hi, Have enjoyed using your plugin till now ??

    After the recent update, it stopped showing the floating share buttons on my homepage even though I didn’t change any settings. It shows properly on other pages or posts. What could be the problem?

    Hi there,

    There weren’t any relevant changes in the plugin in recent updates. You can try keeping only this active just to check if any other plugin is causing conflict.

    nope, i deactivated everything and still doesn’t work, I don’t think it’s a plugin conflict. Could you help troubleshoot on email with a login?

    You can try enabling Sassy Social Share - Floating widget from Appearance > Widgets page in admin area, in a widget area that is present on the webpages where you want to show icons. After this, you would like to disable all the page groups from Placement option in Floating Interface section at social share options page in admin panel, to avoid multiple floating bars.
