Floating bar not showing up

It’s been a couple of weeks since I’ve been on our site, but I swear our homepage (https://wyoenddp.com/) used to have the floating interface. Now I cannot get it to show up.
It works great on internal pages – https://wyoenddp.com/get-involved/join-the-campaign/ – but not on the homepage. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
