Floating bar not showing on home page

Hi

For some reason the floating icons are not showing up on the home page.
I have searched the forum and read through a few posts, but nothing so far
has helped in fixing the problem.

I have tried the solutions mentioned here: https://support.heateor.com/why-is-floating-share-like-button-not-appearing-at-homepage/, unfortunately it’s still not showing up on the homepage. Any other suggestions?
