floating bar initial placement not working

by default, the floating bar is appearing at the middle of the site’s entire length which makes it hidden below on the upper fold of my site at https://prostate.healthomni.com
When I set the pixels of distance from top at the option:
2.5 Choose how far from the top of the content Digg Digg is initially placed
It’s not showing any difference.
