Floating bar doesn’t show on any page

    Howdy,

    I’ve installed the Kiwi Social Share Plugin on my WordPress website 4.9.5 with a Kale theme a while ago. Unfortunately the floating bar option has never worked on any of my pages. Do I have to add an additional code?

    Hoping to find a solution for this!

    Hi Laranz, thanks for helping me out.

    In the Kiwi plugin setting I have switched on the social bar at the top and bottom of all pages. (This feature is working)

    The floating bar settings are on, active on all pages on the left side. (This I can’t see when Im visiting any of my pages)

    I haven’t changed anything in the advanced settings.

    I’ve tried switching the social bar off to see if that solves the floating bar issue, but it didn’t.

    Could it have to do with my Kale Theme? Or is there any additional CSS I could try?

    @wordpressmirthe – could you please check with another theme? We’ve tested this (at our end) with the default WP themes and it works just fine.
