    Should be fixed in 1.4.0.

To get faster support please the Support-Forum.

Bullshit, it is far from fixed. All it does now is that it redirects you to the video. I can do that easy with a HTML a HREF tag.

The reason why this whole mess is annoying is because firstly, the support forum is in German! But with google translate I could create an account. Now to the second part, each post requires an activation from the admins. So I have made two post so far in the past months and NO ONE HAVE ACTIVATED IT! Do you call that support?

No offence to you or the developer, but please do not claim to offer free support when it doesnt exist.

Keep in mind the Plugin is FREE and i’m doing the development and support in my spare time. If you want instant support… maybe you should pay my salary ??

Fixed or not? Fixed, as it works for me (example). And as far as i don’t know any Blog using the pluging where it doesn’t work… i can’t help. sorry.

Forum: you can change the language to english. Writing a post 2 times (or more) increases the possibility that the post is marked as spam (and i’m sorry, i can’t always check the spam queue). I’ll do my best to answer as fast as possible, but sometimes my spare time is really rare… and it would be nice, if there is more user to user support or even a patch to the code…

Hi, I actually paid for this plugin. Was that stupid on my part? It kept nagging me to pay, so I did thinking it would be a cut above the free stuff.

I checked your link and it is working there. You are using an older version of wordpress on that site. 2.9.2, I think if I am getting it right. Perhaps it is a problem with newer versions of wordpress.

Would love to get to the bottom of this, as I actually like the plugin.

Ok, I see it was upgraded to 1.4, my bad. It is working now. Thank you!

For those of you not getting the overlay (just a page with the video), you need to also download the floatbox script from the URL in the readme. Once you download that, put the whole unzipped floatbox folder inside the plugin folder for floatbox plus and it will work.

    @wmmead:
I’m using WP 3.0.5 on the linked site (and WP 3.1 on my testblog)…

You didn’t pay anything for the wordpress plugin. You may paid the license fee for Floatbox/which is at least necessary if you’re using it on a commercial site… (i do net get anything of the license fee for Floatbox/i made the first version of the wordpress plugin, when Floatbox itself doesn’t cost anything…)…

Oh ok. Thanks a bunch. All is working now. I really appreciate your efforts!

I tried everything in this post, its still not working.

How can I make it work?

seems that your page isn’t complete (no closing body tag)?

(fb+ uses wp_footer() to load floatbox.js, and on your page, it doesn’t seem to reach wp_footer())

where would I add a closing body tag? I`m not sure where that is missing from. Also I checked footer.php and there is no instance of anything with ‘floatbox’ in it.

you can’t see anything in footer.php, cause it is done on runtime…

you should check your plugins/wordpress installation, seems that the skript doesn’t reach the footer.php… to find the error you should activate error messages on php.
