Under popular services we have 8 flip boxes created in two rows built on boldgrid. They work fine on the desktop – just as they should. On Iphone and Ipad they show up for a moment and then ‘disappear’. The text doesn’t quite fit the box before it’s ‘zapped’. So maybe the font needs to be smaller? I’m really not sure why this is happening and I don’t see anyone else with this odd issue. Any advise?

I checked your websites and suggest you to use col-xs-12 as if you convert more small font size or button its will be horrible to view. I change into browser mode and hope its better to see.

Also as you checked into iPhone kindly share a small video or screenshot via oxilab.org as i can solved it into next version.

Next version will release this week so kindly reply soon.

I’m dumb so please work with me here. LOL I’m not sure what you mean by ‘use col-xs-12’ – am I adding this somewhere in the CSS and if so where will it go? I went to the custom CSS tab but there’s no code of any kind there. So I went to the help docs at Oxilab to see what info I could find on custom CSS but there is nothing there either (no tips, advise, etc.): https://www.oxilab.org/docs/flip-boxes-and-image-overlay/support/ You also mentioned ‘Next version will release this week so kindly reply soon’ does that mean that this could be a bug that will be worked out with an app update? Pls advise.

I checked again and it’s still ‘disappearing’ and the size of the text is not adjusting to mobile setting. I included a link to the picture so you can see what’s happening. See image HERE

I downloaded the new plug-in update today. The boxes on the homepage of https://emergehealthandwellness.org/ no longer disappear (Yay!) and the links work (Yay!) HOWEVER the text is not auto-adjusting to the screen size. ?? You mentioned in an early post “use col-xs-12” but I don’t know what that means.

Now my social icons are missing from three of my pages at the top right corner and in the actual page block (building on BoldGrid). The problem ‘children’ are:

    https://emergehealthandwellness.org/
    https://emergehealthandwellness.org/women/
    https://emergehealthandwellness.org/men/

Now, the rest of the pages are fine – go figure. If I turn off the plugin, the social media icons appear again (but I lose the flipboxes, obviously duh). So something is still off and acting goofy (aside from the text not auto adjusting on apple mobile devices).

The issues still haven’t been resolved. Still issues on apple devices. These include text not adjusting to screen size and social media icons missing on three pages but find on the others. Any updates coming soon to fix this?

Still having the same issue with this plug in. These include text not adjusting to screen size and social media icons missing on three pages but find on the others. The social media icons also aren’t showing on the desktop when the ‘flipbox’ is on the page. Any updates coming soon to fix this or anyone else besides the creator have any ideas?
