    Hi

    I’m using Flipbox as part of my website. We have made a series of pages and use the flipboxes as an interactive part of the site.

    About a week ago the plugin stopped allowing us to create new flipboxes. When I select the one I want to use the screen just greys out and I have to go back to the dashboard. I have tried on three different browsers with the same results. I have tried using a different design and that is not working either.

    We have 45 flipboxes that we have made, have we hit some sort of limit on the number we are allowed?

    Any help gratefully received.

    I think there have been plugin conflicts that you installed recently. I suggest you check or debug it.

    First, GO into Tools -> Site Health and check it as the REST API works properly.

    2nd, Most probably this type of issue comes from plugin conflicts. I suggest you check it once. Like deactivate all plugins, I hope flipbox will work properly. Now reactive them and check them one by one.

    It was a bad plugin linked to a fundraising account that stopped it working.
