Flip box responsive

I have used the Flip box module on the portfolio page of a website. The image is portrait and it works fine on a desktop computer. However, on a tablet and on a mobile phone the image is cut off. Changing the height of the module for tablet and mobile does not help.

Any thoughts?

It is the image with the text: big big hug you are my favourite blue skye (in the middle of the middle column).
