FlickrRSS not working

Thanks in advance for help!
FlickrRSS displayed pictures, but when I clicked on them, they never loaded. I tried reinstalling the plugin, now it doesn’t even show up in the plugins page.
Also, other plugins that I installed later don’t show up.
I tried:

1. double check that ALL the plugin files got unloaded

2. make sure they were all unzipped first

3. make sure you put them in the right place. If a plugin gets put in too deep a directory, WP won’t find it.

HELP PLEASE!!
