• I recently set up a Flickr account to post pics to my blog, however, when I go to set that up, Flickr asks for an API Endpoint and says for wordpress users, the endpoint is https://your.blog.address/xmlrpc.php…I fill that in with my blog address and it gives the error that the API endpoint is incorrect.

Has anyone else tried using Flickr to post pics and had this same problem? I was wondering if it’s something on the wordpress end and not the flickr end that needed tweaked

  • I have tried everything I know of and cannot get Flickr to post to my WP site. It used to but then after one of the previous upgrades, it stopped working and I have yet to find a fix for the problem. My endpoint isn’t the problem but it tells me that the posting failed. ??

Sorry… wish I could be of help.

That’s alright, thanks for the input though…from what I’m reading, a lot of people have this problem!

Verify that wp-cache, bad behavior or permalink redirect are not messing things up.

Just another slob that was having the same problem, I had read in other forum posts that one needs to keep trying… keep clicking that button to submit your correct endpoint. I kept trying and trying ad infinitum, and it never worked…. until IT DID! Who knows why or what the probllem is, but if you have the correct endpoint and username/password, keep trying. (BTW, this is with WordPress 2.0!)
