• Hi
I can’t get the plagin to authorise Flickr.
The message I get is ‘Flickr can’t find a valid callback URL.’.
I have a valid API key setup.
Is this something to do with the fact that I’m working on a localhost (ie the site’s not online)?

btw: Other flickr plugins that require API authorisation seem to communicate fine with Flickr while developing the site on localhost.

  • Hi I had the same problem.

You need to add the call back URL in Flickr.

Just bellow your secret key is a link …

Edit auth flow for this app.

Click on this and add this call back URL.

    https://”Your Blog Domain”/wp-content/plugins/wp-flickr-press/flickr_oauth_callback.php

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

I also have the same problem. The solution proposed by geoff777 does not work (anymore?). There is no php file with this name, and the plugin folder is now named “flickr-press”.

There is a sub-folder called “phpflickr-3.0”, which apparently is used for the authorization now, but no explanation which callback URL should be used.

I tried all php files in both folders – but no luck…

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks!
    Maayan
