I recently installed Photonic for on my WordPress blog and when I try to insert a gallery with a single photo, or a photoset, the result is the same; I see a gallery insert that says “No items found.”

I’m running WordPress 3.9.13 with the Tarski theme.

I’ve even temporarily disabled my Google Analytics following the advice of one support thread suggesting there may be a conflict. I run very few plugins and the theme I’m using I believe is a pretty simple and straightforward one.

Maybe I’m overlooking something, or have inadvertently missed some step, but I can’t figure out what the issue might be. I’ve checked my API key and secret key and both appear OK. Please help!

Can you provide your URL and the shortcode you are using?

Sorry! It seems I may have jumped the gun….

In an attempt to answer your question, I published the dummy post I was using for testing. As soon as the post went live, I could see all the pictures in the photoset.

The problem I was having was in the WordPress drafting page. You can see the post here:

I guess I was expecting to see something in the draft, in the WYSIWYG editor in the Dashboard. It seems I was missing a key step.

The second question in the FAQ ??

I am marking this thread resolved, unless you think there is something that needs to be fixed.
