    We have an annoying problem with an online shop. The site has been stable for a long time. We are adding more products (about 4,500 so far). I’ve noticed that the Shop sidebar is flickering on the Woocommerce product and catalogue pages. The flickering starts when the page loads. If you scroll down it stops. I’ve never encountered this issue before. Is this a memory issue?

    Have you recently made any changes to your website, like updating/installing any new plugins or theme?

    In order for us to get a better understanding of your site setup, could you please share a copy of your website’s System Status Report?

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    I just wanted to add a reply to thank everyone who tried to help. In case this helps anyone else, I ended up asking on the Flatsome FB group. They advised me to switch off the “sticky” feature which is set automatically on the sidebar and it sorted it.
