Flexslider Gallery????

if yes then its their i mean steps

i am also wondering about the flexslider. i have several posts identically configured as galleries including image galleries. one of them shows a thumbnail which is the flexslider. opening this post, i at first see a larger version of the flexslider showing the gallery images; and below i see the gallery images, this time listed as thumbnails.
since i configured all the posts the same way, i cannot figure out why there is only one showing the flexslider.
does anybody know why and how i could make the flexslider appear on all gallery posts?

edit:
i found out that the flexslider only works if the post contains images inserted as non-gallery media. as soon as the images are inserted into the post as a gallery, the slider won’t work – except for this one post mentioned above… god knows why.

and the post format of course has to be defined as “gallery” (not “standard”, “image” or “video”).

@pigsound I still cant seem to get it to work with your method.

I’m just using a third-party slider now anyway. I doubt the original dev for this theme has any interest in updating or addressing this issue unfortunately.
