Flexible Woocommerce Memberships

I am playing around with Woocommerce, Woocommerce Memberships and Teams for Woocommerce Memberships to try and see if I can set up the exact purchasing process I want.

I have an e-learning site which sells to businesses who purchase access for learners within the business. The three plugins I mentioned easily allow for them to purchase access for a set number of learners. However, I am also trying to get it so they can select whichever courses they want so they can mix and match. They might have 100 learners who need access to two specific courses. I’d like them to be able to bundle them and discount the cost on that basis.

I am not sure this is possible with these plugins? Is anyone aware of any that would fulfill this need?
