    Then why do you have a free version? This is absurd. Just advertise the pro version. Showing the wrong rates costs businesses.

    Why would I pay for the Pro version when the free version can’t do basic rating correctly. I’m interested in the Pro version but not until the basic version works right.

    I installed your flexible shipping UPS plugin. The settings are right and the API status says OK and looks like its working, but I dont have a UPS option on my website for shipping. Now it wont deactivate and I cant remove it. I dont want to upload you a screenshot of my settings. Those are private. I should be able to at least deactivate this plugin so I can remove it. When I click deactivate the screen greys a little bit then stays grey. I have to click the screen again to get it to un-grey. My other plugins WILL deactivate.
