Flexible Shipping FedEx/UPS question……

Nobody is answering in the support forum for Flexible Shipping FedEx plug in…I have used the UPS version and when setting up a shipping zone I was able to choose UPS as an option..meaning it showed along with Flat Rate, Local Pickup,etc..however this does not seem to be the case with the FedEx plug in as I cannot choose it specifically for a shipping zone…anybody know about this? Support page on the flexible shipping site does not work. Thanks!
