    Hi there,

The main currency of my shop is GBP and I have “Currency Switcher for WooCommerce installed. I put 5 in the cost per order in flexible shipping and I suppose it should be 5 GBP. It works fine for some international customers in which case the currency was exchanged correctly, but sometimes it just charged $5 for US customer. Can anyone help?

    Cheers,

    Hello,

I think it has to do with the % VAT that is being proccessed.
I had this problem before and it when i did some research the most logic explanation was that if you change it to dollars or euros, for example it will be $6.11, then it will not be a normal % VAT for your administration. This is what i could make out of it, hope this is usefull for you, otherwise goodluck!

    Cheers

Hi thanks for your reply. However I don’t have VAT at the moment. Besides the shipping cost was converted from GBP to dollar correctly in another order from a Canada customer. Really strange to me.

    Hi @buildarmy,

It sounds like you need help with your premium extension, please ask the plugin authors for help as they will be the best to help you on this.

This forum is just for WooCommerce itself and not any extensions for WooCommerce.
