Flexible Product Field Plugin

    I purchased the flexible product field plugin in order for customers to be able to add a personal note to their product order and charge a fee for this. The price for the note is displaying on the product page but when I add to cart and go to the cart the price is displaying without the personal note price. Any ideas?

    I answered the question on a paid support but I also paste the information here in case another user encounters a similar problem.

    There is a conflict with a plugin named Simple Product Box for WooCommerce which prevents the page from being reloaded after adding the product to the cart. Our plugin requires the site to use the basic WooCommerce mechanism where it reloads the page.
