Flexible grid system

Dcooney I would like to take this plugin to the next level in the ability of scrolling a grid layout of posts. What I mean is this…instead of a single list of posts that display on a page, I would like (in desktop mode) do a display:inline-block of posts this way we see 3 or 4 posts per row. Obviously in this view we get a thumbnail image of the post and title and date.

Can the ajax load more plugin scroll a scenario like this? Showing more rows of posts rather than simply scrolling down a single column of posts? Have you ran across anyone trying to do this with your plugin?
